Cookies perfect for Tea: First experience!

I was anxious to make some cookies but I lacked the perfect recipe.  And finally, after several searches on the internet I got my eyes on a recipe. Aside from the cookies look rather tasty, the recipe also seemed relatively easy…. just what I was needing in order not to be traumatized by this culinary adventure 🙂

Austrian lemon (recipe from Flagrante Delícia)
50g of icing sugar
125g of butter, softened
1g of fine salt
peel 1/4 lemon
20g of egg white (I put one egg white)
150g of plain flour
powdered sugar to decorate
Mix butter and powdered sugar.
Add the lemon zest and salt.
Mix the egg and finally the flour.
The dough should not be too worked, must be mixed just until smooth.
Pour the batter into a pastry bag with a spout striatum.
On a silicone mat or a baking sheet with parchment paper, form “w”with 4 inches wide, spacing them together.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180 º C.
Bake the biscuits 80 to 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
